Sandeep has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and Organization Development as a Management Consultant and an HR Practitioner, with experience in design and implementation of organization wide interventions/systems and processes with specific focus around HR Transformation, Organization Restructuring, Workforce Planning & Optimization, Talent & Leadership Strategy, Sales Force Effectiveness, HR Transformation, M&A and Change Management. His industry experience spans across Telecom, BFSI, IT/ITES, Oil & Gas, Power, Government, FMCG, Pharma and Manufacturing working in global teams across multiple geographies.

Sandeep is a Principal Director and Global Offering Development Lead for the Talent & Organization Practice at Accenture. In this role, he leads a team of experts in the practice responsible for driving innovation & thought leadership through differentiated service offerings. Since 2013 when Sandeep joined Accenture he has been working closely with the practice Leadership to develop the strategy, go-to-market, service offerings across the key offerings spanning HR Strategy & Transformation, Talent & Leadership, Org & Change and helping lead key initiatives such as the Workforce of the Future & Future of HR covering key market trends, c-level issues, points of views, assets/offerings.

Prior to Accenture, he was part of HR leadership team in Ericsson India where he was responsible for driving strategic HR programs such as M&A, MS Transitions, Workforce Planning, and Organization Management. Prior to Ericsson he was with Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt) in their Talent & Organization Consulting practice where his responsibilities included Solution Development and Project Management in the areas of HR Transformation, Organization Effectiveness & M&A. At Hewitt he worked on client projects across multiple geographies including India, Middle East, South East Asia, Africa and Latin America. Prior to Hewitt he worked as a Senior Consultant with Eicher Consultancy Services (now part of PWC) in their HR & Change Management practice. Earlier in his career he has worked in Corporate HR with leading Indian companies such as RPG Group, PGCIL and Tata Group where he handled Talent Management, Learning & Development, Rewards, Performance & Recruitment portfolios.

Sandeep has completed his Master of Human Resource & Organization Development from Delhi School of Economics and BSc. (Hons) Chemistry from St. Stephens College, University of Delhi and is a Senior Certified Professional from SHRM. (SHRM-SCP).
