This has led to more awareness and openness in accommodating workforce with diversity.

Diversity Initiatives - Kaizen Certificate for supporting Infrastructure Creation Group for making accessible physical infrastructure (2009)
- Audited 18 buildings at Wipro campus in alliance with the Disability Consultant at Wipro to make the physical infrastructure accessible for persons with disabilities.
- Tested accessibility of intranet website at Wipro and provided feedback for two different intranet portals at Wipro.
- Trained 15 employees of the Information Systems team to help make intranet at Wipro accessible for people with disability.
