Dr. Jaclyn Lee has over 25 years of HR experience and is viewed by the community as a thought leader in the areas of HR Technology and Analytics. Her experience comprises managing a full spectrum of HR at the regional level, spearheading new HR policies and processes, managing large scale organization change and building up a new university from scratch. She is also an active speaker both locally and internationally

Jaclyn was one of the pioneer team members charged with starting up a new university (SUTD) from scratch for the Singapore Government. She worked with the top management team and board to develop the mission, vision and values of the new university when it was incepted. As the Chief Human Resources Officer, she is currently managing Strategic Human Resource Strategy and Workforce Planning, Organization and Culture Development, Strategic Rewards, Faculty HR Partnerships, International Recruitment, as well as HR Technology and Analytics.

At her previous role as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at CERTIS, a Temasek Linked company with 35,000 employees, she was responsible for managing the global HR Strategy for Singapore and the region. Some of the key projects that she has managed there involved large-scale organization change and managing a very complex wage re-structuring project of Auxiliary Police Officers. She was also previously the Regional HR Director for NEC Asia Pacific where she was appointed as Regional HR Business Expert for South Asia and Balance Scorecard Leader.

Jaclyn has a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Information Systems from University of Twente in the Netherlands, Master of Business from Singapore Management University, Master of HRM from Rutgers University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brandon University in Canada.
