Indira has over 25 years of experience in Operations, Training and HR in diverse sectors like Hotels, Publishing and IT Enabled Services. She is a technology enthusiast who has led multiple functional transformation projects in her career.

CURRENT POSITION
Indira heads Talent Management, HR transformation & Shared Services and Leadership Development for Genpact globally. She has a diverse portfolio and is responsible for designing organization structures aligned to the business strategy of the company, leadership talent development, performance management and succession planning. She also leads the HR transformation and technology agenda globally for Genpact, including the set up of HR Shared Services (to service a global workforce of ~ 95 thousand) and driving innovation by leveraging AI/Machine learning for predictive talent analytics.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Indira joined Genpact in 2000 and through her career she has played various roles including - HR leader for a large financial services business at Genpact and HR Operations leader where her key deliverables were standardizing and deploying Employee Retention practices.

EDUCATION
Indira is a Post Graduate and a Fellow of Life Management Institute (FLMI), LOMA, USA.
