Deputy Head, Global HR & Talent Mgmt. - TCS

Dr. Ritu Anand is Deputy Head-Global HR, and Head-Talent Management at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In this diverse role she oversees key aspects of HR, including compensation & benefits, company policies, career, performance and leadership management. She also spearheads the Workplace Diversity initiative in TCS, and is a member of the Group Diversity Council and the HR Steering Committee at the TATA Group. She is also on the Board of Directors at two TATA Group companies.

Besides this, she is associated with leading institutions enhancing her learning in the fields of human resources, leadership and diversity. She is currently an Executive Board Member and Regional President (West) at the National HRD Network (NHRD) in India. She was the Governing Board member of the distinguished "Forum for Women in Leadership" WILL Forum India. She is also member of "Worldwide ERC Global Advisory Council"

She is a well-renowned speaker at various forums sharing her visionary views on the future of workplace, talent and diversity. She has been featured on the SAP Game Changing Women Radio and has also written for Fortune Magazine (Most Powerful Women) on her views on "setting yourself up for success".

She has been a recipient of the "WILL Women's Choice Award" that recognizes the contribution of the individual towards bringing advancement of women in corporate leadership, and has also been a recipient of the "Exemplary Leader Award" by World HRD Congress, "Meritorious Service Award" by Worldwide ERC, "Seasoned HR Professional Award 2014" by NHRD, and the "Achiever of Excellence Award" by Bombay Management Association and the "Outstanding HR Professional in IT industry" by IT People Awards.

A doctorate in Psychology and a pioneer in the field of Human Resources with a career spanning over 25 years, Dr. Ritu Anand is most passionate about people and what drives them.
